Where It All Began…
by Chris Harvey on 11/10/06
My love of sports began early on in my life. I always remember having a ball around and wanting to play sports. It didn’t matter what sport, where we were going to play, or with whom. I wanted to play and have fun. I played hard as well.
I remember playing at the break in elementary school and coming back soaked with sweat. It would take me awhile just to cool down and dry off when I should have been paying attention in class.
Here is a shot of me shooting hoops with my pops (nice hair-do and stash, dad!) and getting introduced to a golf club.
My dad says he taught me everything I know on the basketball court and golf links (probably more on the golf course than on the b-ball court). But despite the different opinions, my dad taught me a lot and was always there to support me.
Thanks dad, a.k.a. pops!

Hey, my handsome son, I taught you the fundamentals of both sports and you developed the rest. . . any mistakes you made along the way was your fault! hee, hee.
