Athletic Product Testing Dream Comes True

Once upon a time I had a dream to work for a shoe company.

Well, today that dream came true, kind of! I applied online to be a product tester (thinking this will never happen) and to my surprise I was sent the shoes that you see above as my first assignment.

My job is to play in these bad boys and give my feedback. Tough job, playing in brand new shoes that nobody has seen yet, but somebody has to do it. The catch is that I am only a volunteer, meaning I don’t get paid, and I don’t get to keep the shoes. I thought I might get something besides “helping reach the goal in excellent product quality” as the shoe company assures you.

Can I at least get a T-shirt? Seriously!

Those are the ugliest shoes ever! I hope you don’t wear those in public :) Amanda

Those must be the inner city shoes, they have the blood spatter all over the top, or maybe it’s just ketchup.
I tried signing up for that before, but I guess there is no need for a 5′10″ pasty white guy to test Basketball shoes!

    Dude,
Those are sweet! How do they feel? How long do you test them for?

    Happy Thanksgiving,

    Love,

    Pops
