Bitter Sweet Emotions

This is how I am feeling right about now:
Sweet: I just finished all of my final exams (in my last semester).
Bitter: I don’t have a job yet (other than my current part-timer).
Sweet: My family and good friend are coming out for graduation.
Bitter: My grandfather (Opa) is on his death bed with cancer.
Sweet: Going to a U of Louisville football game tonight with my wife (our first game and she is an Alumni).
Bitter: My poor wife is going to freeze (Temp. high 40/ low 29).
Sweet: Just got U of L basketball tickets for the day after graduation.
Bitter: Did I mention that I don’t have a job yet?
More on that last note later. The last month or so has been a truly bitter, sweet period of my life. I have much to be thankful for and yet I complain even more. Pray for me.
