U of L Basketball

Last Saturday, my dad, Jeremy, and I got to go and watch U of L play Dayton at Freedom Hall. For the last four years I have wanted to go watch a U of L game, and in the last two weeks I got to go see a football and basketball game.
A friend of a friend that works in the athletic department at U of L got us some cheap but great tickets. We were just a few rows up from the floor. We even saw Denny Crum (the old coach, 2 time National Champs) roll in and sit a few rows in front of us.
U of L’s stadium, Freedom Hall, is old looking but has a lot of history. It was great to witness a game in the old gym because they have plans to build a new stadium downtown along the river front.
The Card’s were terrible in the first half, made a great run in the second half, with the crowd going crazy, but still ended up losing. We still had fun!

We definitely had a good time this last weekend. By the way, I was disappointed to see your name in the Mitchell Steriods Report (Pettitte).
I totally agree with you Jer.
You notice Bam Bam was not in there!
