Would you like to keep up with your friends, family, co-workers, ministry team, or small group? Do you already keep up via email, instant messaging, texting, blogging?

Well then, you might enjoy the world of Twitter. Twitter defines itself as a social networking and microblogging service that uses instant messaging, SMS or a web interface. It has features like MySpace and Facebook, but is designed to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers (140 characters or less) to one simple question: What are you doing?

I haven’t been a fan of other social networking services, but I decided to give this a go for now. You can find me here. The account is free, you can control who you interact with, and you can delete your account at any time, if you feel that it is a waste of time or if your not having any fun.

If you have an iPhone, go add this free web app and pimp your phone even more. If you don’t, that’s ok, you can use Twitter on any mobile phone or computer.

Come join me. Some of you already have. I’m impressed! Now you need to upload a picture so we can identify your pretty mugs.
