Yes I agree. I was making a list and Gibson’s home run was on that list for sure. I remember watching that game. Unbelievable.

Kirk Gibson’s homerun in the bottom of the ninth in Game 1 of the 1988 World Series has got to be it. The man was so hobbled with injuries to his legs that he could barely walk let alone run or swing a bat. That at bat was, in fact, his only at bat of the World Series.

The reason I like that dunk is that John Starks was only I think 6’2″ and he did it with his left hand and we saw that game and you had the poster hanging in the garage.
