A Football Game of Hope

I just stumbled across another inspirational sports story via a new Twitter follower page…that lead to checking out a website link…that lead to the posted story. Funny how social media connections work themselves out sometimes.

Below is a posted video of a game between Grapevine Faith Christian School and Gainesville State Football (Correctional Facility Team) in 2008. It’s a story of a coach, a football team, and their fans going beyond the wins and loses of a game and offering love, support, and hope to the opposing team that really needed it.

Sound crazy in our day and age? Yes. But here is a video to demonstrate that it’s possible.
